One of the newer creations from Eric Helín Design. Watercourse is a minimalist piece and continues the series of sofa tables with bridge-like characteristics. In true Concrescentist fashion, flow and form again unite achieving a harmonious balance. In this piece the bridge and the surface of the water have become one and form the tabletop. In addition, the steel which suggests the organic flow of the water actually supports the water's surface suggested by the glass that curves and foreshortens giving the appearance that it is flowing between two banks. The water is, at the same time, the surface of the bridge. Again perspective is introduced which distorts the three-dimensional piece.
